RETURN POLICY

Did the colour not match your expectations or was the size not right?  If you regret your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition (with hang tags etc.) within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt. Please use the return form that is included in your package.

If the items were damaged upon receipt or you received the wrong item, please fill out the return form with the right return code and send us the items in original condition (with hangtags etc.) free of charge within 14 days of receipt. We will refund you as soon as we have received and examined your return. 

If you return the item simply because you don't want it - then we will charge the initial shipping cost for the use of the prepaid return label. So if you ordered for € 100 and payed € 7,95 for shipment we will refund you the total value of your order minus the shipping cost. ( €107,95 - € 7,95 = € 100)

For all cases of returns, please fill in the item(s) you want to return in the bag together with the completed return form.

Please note: We can only handle your return if you have purchased the items on www.shopfriiscompany.com. The item must be returned in its original packaging (with hangtags etc). All goods will be inspected upon return.

We recommend that you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods and please save the tracking number. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. Please send your returned goods to:

Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges at the moment.  If you would like to obtain another size or color for the item(s) you have purchased, please visit www.shopfriiscompany.com and make a new order with your desired size and color.

REFUND TIME FRAME

Please note that returns can take up to 21 days to get back to us and we will process your return within 48 hours of receipt.

A refund will be given to the credit or debit card you used when you purchased your order.

Upon receipt of your return, please allow between 2-30 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. The refund time frame is largely dependant on your card issuer or your bank.
